Jonathan Tate - Chairman
Jonathan was a partner for two decades at PwC. He joined Certo Aerospace in 2017 and was elected Chairman in 2021.
Justin Tooth - Executive Director
Justin was a Lynx pilot in the Royal Navy before working in investment banks for 20 years. He joined Certo Aerospace as Managing Director in 2018.
Nick Fothergill - Director
Nick was a Royal Marines officer and then an investment banker for 20 years. He joined the board of Certo Aerospace in 2017.
Steve Randle - Director
Steve is an engineer and entrepreneur (CMR Surgical Ltd). He joined the board of Certo Aerospace in 2024.
Shay O’Brien - Director
Shay is an entrepreneur and co-founded Certo Aerospace in 2008. He was appointed to the board in 2009.
